Aluminum honeycomb panel Closed edge adopts “honeycomb sandwich” structure, ONEBOND take high strength aluminum alloy panel coated with decorative coating which are of excellent weather resistance as both top and rear surfaces. It also takes the aluminum honeycomb core layers to form compound boards after being pressed under high-temperature and high pressure.. It has the advantages of light weight, high strength, extreme rigidity, excellent anti-corrosion, vibration damping and stability. As air layers between the top and rear boards are separated by the honeycomb into too much closed holes, the transmission of energy and sound wave are largely restricted. Compared with other curtain wall decorative material, the aluminum honeycomb panel has better heat resistance and sound isolation features. It has been widely applied in curtain wall honeycomb, honeycomb cladding exterior and interior decoration, ceiling, furniture, auto industry, vessel etc.



2.Raw Material.

Aluminum panel: fluorocarbon coil coating panel, which mainly selects high quality 3003H24 alloy aluminum panel or 5052AH24 high manganese alloy aluminum panel as the best material, with a thickness of 0.7-1.5mm.
Aluminum bottom panel: thickness 0.5-1.0mm
Aluminum honeycomb :the core material adopts model 3003H18 hexagon aluminum foil being 0.04-0.07mm thick with side length of 5-6mm.
Adhesives: adopts bi-component polymeric epoxy membrane and bi-component modified epoxy resins.
